Q&A-Compatible Database Announced!
International Q&A Conference Set for January!
August 1, 2000, Newtown, PA
AN INTERNATIONAL TEAM of Q&A
users and consultants (names you will recognize) has formed a
company called Lantica Software LLC (www.lantica.com).
The company is currently developing a new 21st century database manager as a
successor to Q&A that will provide a bridge to the future for the Q&A
community. This product will be programmable, include macro-like automation capabilities,
be client/server oriented, and have the ability to run on all Microsoft operating systems
from 9x on as well as on Windows and Linux/Unix Web servers. It will be as easy to
use but more powerful than the Q&A youre now using. Still early in
development, the product will be designed to convert Q&A databases,
including forms, data, indexes, programming, reports and more. Further information will be
supplied as development continues.
In the meantime . . .
